UK Delivery

Free UK Delivery when you spend over £100*.
A £5 delivery fee will be applied to orders less than £100.
For next working day delivery (Mainland UK only), your order must be received before 1pm. 

*please note that due to recent legislation changes we are currently not delivering to Northern Ireland or the EU.  We do apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause. 

**please note timing of order despatch may be impacted during peak demand periods**

All other UK orders will be delivered 2-3 workings days after placing the order.

Orders are dispatched for delivery Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Our choice of courier is DPD.

What to expect

Once you have paid for your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided to us. Once your order is shipped, you will get a shipping confirmation email and then communication from DPD to inform you of your delivery time.

Please note: If you are not at your chosen address when DPD attempts to deliver your parcel, and if no alternative instructions had been provided via its website or app (e.g. a named safe place), it may try a neighbour or leave your package at your nearest DPD Pickup parcelshop.

If you do not receive a calling card, please check the DPD app, your emails, or text
messages for communication from DPD confirming the location of your parcel.
Should your delivery not be received within 3 working days of despatch for UK deliveries, or within 6 working days of despatch for International deliveries, please contact us at customerservice@wolsey.com.
