Returns & Refunds

We will happily refund or exchange your goods as requested on your returns form. Items should be returned in the original packaging with the original labels with the completed returns form. You must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods returned and that they are not damaged in transit.

If you would like to cancel your order, please let us know immediately. If your order has been despatched you have 14 days in which to return the goods, stating the reasons why you wish to cancel in writing. Notification of cancellation must be made via email to Customerservice@wolsey.com. Please be aware we cannot accept the return of underwear for hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights. We will not be able to refund the cost of returning the items.

Returns are free if you live in the UK (including England, Wales, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and highlands). Items will need to be returned within 14 days using the Freepost returns label on the returns form provided with your delivery.

If your Wolsey product is faulty, please accept our apologies. If items are found to be faulty we will seek to reimburse the postage cost for the return of the goods. If the items you return to us are, in our reasonable opinion, not deemed to be faulty, you will bear the postage costs associated with returning the goods (please note, this does not affect your statutory rights). Please keep a receipt as proof of postage for this process as you may be required to show this to us so we can reimburse your postage cost.
